Little Bird Music Together

What is Music Together®

First offered in 1987, Music Together is based on the simple, yet revolutionary, idea that all children are musical and can learn to dance and sing as naturally as they learn to walk and talk. Our classes for children from birth to age eight - and the grownups who love them! - can be found around the globe. No matter where they live, Music Together families all sing and dance to the same music in the same fun, informal class setting.

Making the World a Better Place...by Making It More Musical

Because singing and dancing together creates deep bonds within and between families, communities, and cultures, we're on a mission to bring the highest quality music and movement experiences to families everywhere. By partnering with parents, teachers, and caregivers, we help children become confident music-makers and inspire families around the globe to make music a part of their daily lives.

Music Together In School

Music Together complements a variety of early childhood philosophies and curricula, including Montessori, Reggio Emilia, High/Scope, and Creative Curriculum. The Music Together curriculum aligns with standards set by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). It also supports Head Start Performance Standards and the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) program standards for three- and four-year-olds.

Include Music Together in your school's program to: help children learn music in developmentally appropriate ways; support their language cognitive, social, and physical development; give parents enjoyable and significant ways to interact with their children; enhance happiness and well-being in your school community.
